I provide several programs as a women's holistic health coach. My passion it to help you step into alignment with the highest version of you. Viewing health holistically - we get to the root cause of your symptoms, audit your environment and lifestyle, and accomplish your goals without restriction or a one-size fits all method. We are all bio-individual and your program should reflect that! Through working with me, you will learn how to heal your body through listening to and honoring what she is asking of you.

Absolutely. I work with gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, anti-inflammatory, and many other dietary needs. Your guests’ safety and comfort come first.

I prioritize fresh, high-quality, nourishing ingredients. Whenever possible, I source locally and choose organic or minimally processed foods to support both health and flavor.

I am based in the Cincinnati/NKY area and serve locally for in-person events, with occasional opportunities to travel for retreats or special bookings. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
